Stress is part and parcel of everyday life. When you feel that demands on you are emotionally and physically beyond what you can cope with stress has become a negative experience and you need help. Suffering from too much stress shows up in many ways. You may not be sleeping properly; with continuous restless nights. Most of the time you may feel tense and irritable or anxious, you may feel you have no control. A panic attack comes from 'nowhere'. You are maybe more accident prone. You may have become forgetful and lack motivation or enthusiasm for things you once enjoyed. You think you are heading for burnout or breakdown.

It is time to seek help. Person centred counselling will help you examine your feelings, your perceptions and the relationships that prevent you from dealing with the situation in a less stressful way. Contact me by phone or form and start the process of taking back control of your life.
